A little about me
In college on my hand-me-down gray couch I said “yes” to Jesus, recommitting my life and saying I would go wherever God sent me.
This journey of saying “yes” has led me to come on staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, marry Camilla, be a chaplain of a Gospel Choir, lead a predominantly Black chapter in St Louis, plant ministries on new campuses, help establish a partnership with IFES Cambodia, and be present on the streets in St. Louis to cry out for justice.
I am a follower of Jesus, father, husband, and cross-cultural planter of new works on campus.
About this site
I’ve organized this site in four main categories:
- Draw Students to Jesus as Savior and Lord – for stories of students coming to Jesus and how we are reaching out on campus.
- Teach Students to respond to God’s word – for ideas how to engage and how students are being transformed by scripture.
- Engage People of all cultures and ethnicities – for our work in creating a reconciled community of believers reaching every corner of campus.
- Encourage Service to God’s purposes in the world – for ways we are helping people practically apply their faith to their careers and communities.
